Shipping & Returns

We currently only ship within Canada. 

Orders are processed promptly within 1-2 business days. We try to ship orders out the next business day after your order is placed. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post from Victoria, BC and generally take 1-5 business days. 

Sales Tax

We are required to charge 5% GST on all sales in Canada. Orders placed within British Columbia will also be subject to a 7% provincial sales tax (PST).

Returns & Refunds

You may return an unopened/unused purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
